CITY OF GAME SHOW ----------------- GAME IDEAS ---------- **Boo This Man!** - One contestant, perhaps one who's already been eliminated, will be singled out. Other contestants will be given one chat line to mock him. Best mockery wins. **Change of Location** - Announce a location for contestants to convene. 15-30 seconds after this, announce a new location. Continue to announce new locations as contestants show up to the old locations, thinning numbers. Those who make it to the final destination move on. Fake judges can be supplied to either keep contestants tricked, tell them the next location, or to give them a fake location, depending on difficulty. **Freefall Archery** - Using Group Fly, seven contestants are hoisted up to the zone ceiling, then kicked from a team. A target, such as ice patch or caltrops, is below. Closest to center of target, or a select target number closest wins. **I Caught You Cybering!** - Two planted Jerks, man/woman, are in the Pocket D somewhere. First to find them and yell "I Caught You Cybering!" while standing by them and looking at them in local wins. **Lost Newbie** - A dead Jerk, possibly disguised as a newbie, is lying somewhere in Perez, the Sewers, or somewhere else with a close maze. Nowhere TOO intentionally deceptive. The name of the target may or may not be disclosed. The first person to pass them an awaken or rez them wins. Under some situations, there may be multiple targets in need of resurrection. **Mistell** - Randomly during the event, a mystery outsider will send all the contestants a mysterious "mistell". Later, the host will ask for this message in a tell to him. First one to send the EXACT message wins. **Plaque Busters** - Jerks are stationed around certain plaques (preferably for the same history badge), and will mutter a specific line when approached. **Quiz Show** - A question is asked, preferably from an old Trivial Pursuit deck. Contestants answer. Pretty flexible. **Ransom** - Somewhere in the city, a Jerk is holding important people hostage. Contestants must find this Jerk ransomer (probably in a dark alley somewhere), and pay them what he asks EXACTLY (no more than one trade) in inf to move on. In a twist, one ransomer may accept the ransom, only to point contestants towards other ransomers for further payment. **Retrieval** - Somewhere in-zone, a Jerk is holding only so many of a specific type of SO. The contestants to bring back one of these SOs win. **Scoreboard** - Contestants battle to make it onto the Community Info Terminal Nemesis scoreboard within a set time limit. Making it wins, ranked by rank (1-2-3), then most kills. **Survival Instinct** - Several contestants guess how long a certain-to-die player can survive in a futile battle. Closest guess, over or under, wins. **Window Dashers** - Lowbies (5 or below, non-Kheld, no special powers allowed) attempt to scale a building by jumping up its windows. Either one at a time, or first to the top. Highest up, or first to reach the top, wins. FINAL ROUND ----------- **Bet Race** - Like "Founder's Falls Newbie Grand National", except with Jerks playing the level 1s. Newbies will pick their choice to win, no overlapping picks. **Complete English Sentence** - Every contestant gets one chance to make a complete sentence, with local, subject, object, verb, capitalization, punctuation, the works having to be PERFECT, as dubbed by an English geek (Mongol). Fail, and be eliminated. Take turns until only one remains. **Finish Him!** - Take the finalists on a field trip to see a giant monster. Person who delivers the killing blow wins. **Founder's Falls Newbie Grand National** - Finalists are asked to come back with specifically named level 1 characters of a specific AT/set combo within a set time frame (within 5-10 minutes). They are then teamed for monitoring, and told to race to a deadly location - usually a point in Founder's Falls. Using Base Portals or Pocket D is NOT allowed, and will lead to a DQ/drop from team. Tram use is usually forbidden, as well. Dying for a hospital teleport is NOT cheating, EVER. First one to the finish line wins. **Monster Base** - *Long Event: Contestants log in as lowbies and are given control of special SGs by Jerks, who then quit the SG. The contestants have a limited amount of time to fund (through SG invites and battle) and decorate their base. Person with the most awesome base at the end wins. **PL Master** - *Long Event: Each contestant gets a level 1 Jerk buddy. The buddy will follow and react slowly to any requests or actions. At the end of thirty minutes to an hour, the contestant with the highest-level buddy wins. Perhaps lead weight rules for especially cruel play, where the buddy will never move, safe for clicking prompts and doors. **Roll of The Dice** - ;dice to decide winner out of six. **Talent Show** - Thirty seconds. Convince us to pick you. **The Price is a Jerk** - Contestants guess how much an off-level enh or costume changes would SELL for. Closest without going over wins! **World's Worst** - Contestants, one by one, deliver one-liners based on the World's Worst Category (Like Whose Line). They're on a timer, too. After so many rounds, judgement. PRIZE ROUND ----------- **Let's Jerk a Deal!** - A random number of Jerks like up, each with a designated prize. Winner(s) chooses one. Can either get prize immediately, or other possible prizes can be revealed, and winner may get option to switch.
