CITY OF GAME SHOW ----------------- SPECIAL CHALLENGES ------------------ **************** **Sewer Rescue** **************** 4-8 Players(preferably max 7, for referees) All characters created FRESHLY at level 1. No epic ATs. Characters must level together enough to reach a trapped/dead person deep in the sewers and rescue them. --Condition types-- TIME TRIAL or TEAM COMPETITIVE (either one refugee or multiple refugees); in case of multiple, either victory upon reaching trapped person (with possible awaken hand-off to ensure a clear winner), or victory by bringing to surface, like noted below. RETRIEVAL: Refugee must be invited to team, and will tag along as long as at least one member of sewers team is alive and in sight. Otherwise, they will quit team and stop moving, even if doing so will lead to their death (which will require another awaken). Refugee will not accept recall TPs. CUTTHROAT: There are no given teams, simply every man for himself. This will lead to (hopefully) interesting situations where players have to work together to survive traveling through parts of the sewers. Extra care must be taken to ensure contestants are not getting help. ************ **TF Rally** ************ 7 Players (Plus one referee, who will time from first mission set to "Task Force Complete!" text) Any levels allowed within TF's means. Time Trial All members of TF MUST stay online for duration of TF. If a disconnect occurs, the referee stops their watch, and the team MUST stop immediately progressing towards TF goals, including traveling towards missions or killing mission critical enemies. Referee will call "STOP!" and "GO!" when necessary. Referee must accompany team inside missions, to ensure adherence to rules in case a teammate disconnects. They will be allotted 90 seconds: anything longer will credit the team's time, unless a team starts fighting before the referee is indoors (REGARDLESS of the wait/conditions). Failure to obey rules results in time penalties: 30 minutes for completing a mission without all teammates, 5 minutes for using a gate, door, or tram without all teammates, 3 minutes for starting an indoor or outdoor mission without the referee, and 2 minutes for each infraction of traveling towards missions or killing mission critical enemies (including ALL enemies in indoor missions). Referee is the final authority, and shall warn the team for every penalty incurred (no penalty for arguing with ref, which only wastes the team's time).
