The Final Rebellion was born an orphan in a Boston church, to a mother he never knew and a father he detested his whole life. Raised by redneck hermits in lower Manhatten, he learned how to use a gun through he daily experiments of killing deer that threatened his best hermit friends daily life of coffee and lobster. After accidentally doing too much justice with his shooting of criminals, he was arrested by Hero 1, who decided to un-arrest him after liking his ability to shoot criminals and be raised by hermits. Hero 1 and Final Rebellion became best friends, and often drove around San Francisco taking care of justice during the days before a war.

Then a war broke out. Hero 1 was trapped under a girder, but Final Rebellion's shooting saved him from it and the thousands of Rikti that onslaught it. The rage Rebellion gained gave him nuclear powers, which he later used in the day to save the Terra Volta reactor with Statesman and Sister Psyche, who liked him very much in a special loving kind of way. Confused about what to do, Hero 1 took Final Rebellion's idea of fighting back into the Rikti Homeworld, using calculations Steve Sheridan had developed with the help of Final Rebellion. Final Rebellion went into the world, killed many Rikti with Hero 1, and won't say what happened because it is a secret. Final Rebellion was the only man to come back from the incident, to the praise of the Freedom Phalanx and Vindicators, but his only request was to keep his single-handed victory private, so that he could continue to fight crime in peace, and protect his hermit friends in lower Manhatten.

Final Rebellions fights for justice by siding with Arachnos because he is a secret spy and AR/Rad corruptors can't be classified as heroes right now.
